CareerBuddy’s new website redefines how global companies discover and connect with Africa’s top talent. As the lead designer on this project, I collaborated with product managers and engineers to build a platform that does more than list jobs, it tells the story of a vibrant, skilled workforce ready to thrive on the world stage.

The design focused on clarity and trust, two pillars essential for both employers and talent. We introduced curated talent showcases, robust filtering tools, and personalised onboarding flows for both candidates and companies. A major highlight was the employer dashboard, offering insights into hiring pipelines, candidate readiness, and retention metrics.
For talent, We created an experience that feels empowering, from seamless profile creation and application tracking to resources that support career growth. The interface adapts to users' goals, whether they’re exploring remote roles or full-time placements abroad.
The end result is a dynamic, dual-sided platform that positions CareerBuddy as more than a recruiter, it’s a partner in building high-performing, distributed teams powered by African excellence.
